Warranty, Replacement & Shipping Policy

Please read our warranty, replacement, return, shipping and safety guidelines carefully before placing or claiming an order.

Replacement Warranty

You can claim replacement warranty if your product is damaged, completely broken, has power issues, or laser shots/flashes are not working on arrival.

Warranty claims are valid within 4 months or 6 months, according to your product warranty type, starting from the date of delivery.

Warranty Duration

  • Pocket IPL Device: 4 Months Warranty
  • Smart IPL 2.0: 6 Months Warranty
  • Other products: As per product warranty type

Free Replacement Conditions

We offer a free replacement only if the following conditions are met after purchase:

Date of delivery and warranty claim should be within 4 months / 6 months / as per your product warranty type.

The product has power issues, flashes are not working, or the device is completely broken.

Product box should be in original condition.

Warranty card number must match the address, city, and phone number used at the time of order.

14 Days Replacement or Return Policy

Replacement or return requests must be made within the valid period after delivery. The product must meet the following conditions:

  • Date of delivery and claim should be within 14 days after delivery.
  • The product has power issues, flashes are not working, or the device is completely broken.
  • Box should be in original condition.
  • Warranty card number must match the address, city, and phone number.

Change of Mind Return

If you want to return the device within 7 days without any product issue, a deduction will apply:

  • 55% deduction on ICE IPL / Sapphire / Fast Flash Hair Laser Removal Device.
  • 45% deduction on Classic & Pocket Hair Laser Removal Device.
  • If the box is damaged by the customer, an additional 5% deduction will be applied.

Shipping Policies & Details

Delivery Time

Our valued customers will receive parcels within 4 to 5 business days all over Pakistan.

Online Payment Benefit

Customers who pay through bank transfer can get a flat 5% discount and faster parcel processing.

Shipping Details

Every customer must provide complete shipping details including address, name, and phone number.

Order Refusal

If a customer confirms the order and then refuses to receive it, delivery charges of Rs. 280 will apply.

Important Notice

Precautions / Disclaimer

  • If you are facing skin allergy on any part of the body, avoid using the device until the skin is fixed.
  • Avoid using the device on acne-prone areas of the face.
  • We recommend using moisturizer or aloe vera gel after using the product. Apply after waiting at least 15 minutes.
  • During pregnancy, avoid using the device on the belly and sensitive parts.
  • Begin with lower intensity levels to ensure safe usage and avoid burns.
  • Increase intensity only if your skin shows no signs of irritation.
  • Use the first two weeks as a testing phase to monitor your skin response.
  • Read the instruction manual before using the device.
